I noticed this movie last year. Today I just realized that I "rent" this movie. What a surprise for me. Anyway, I was pretty happy watching this movie. It nicely captured some artistic corners of Cologne where I currently live. Moreover, the lesbian storyline was well-written. I did not know the ending till the last five minutes. I hope this movie can be promoted widely since it is a good German lesbian movie. Let it get more international attention!

Having read the description, I got so excited to watch the trailer as I am originally from Iran. however, after watching the trailer, I felt kind of disgusted. Obviously the filmmaker did not know sh** about Iran. Despite all the limitations brought by the Irans Islamic government, them girls did and still do everything for their passion, football. Even if that means having to put a veil on against their will , in order to be able to play football. Yet, the German team somehow found it amusing to make fun of their outfit. SO DISRESPECTFUL buskfilms, im disappointed

This is a brilliant film about people who know nothing about each other coming together through sport. It is fascinating and an interesting insight into both German and Iranian women's football culture, as well as just a large group of women who share a passion. The shots of Iran are beautiful and I gained a lot by seeing into the lives of the interesting and beautiful women there. But there was as much to learn about the Germans who have their own strengths and weaknesses. Best film I've seen on Buskfilms.
